Petco Foundation donated food and a couple of crates. Alex Whitney, founder of Guardians for Animals www.guardiansforanimals.org assisted us in getting the donations from petco and helping us find funds for the treatment of the heartworm positive dogs. They also helped with finding us grooming for the dogs. (Even tho that never materialized) Anyhow they helped. A special thanks to Alex Whitney who was the one who helped coordinate all the donations form Petco. She is an angel.

Last year alone Michigan Great Pyrenees handled a total of 46 dogs in the program. Which is way too many for this breed. The success stories are amazing, the lives these dogs have touched has been awesome; and the love and appreciation they have given to people in return is unmeasurable. When all they needed was a second chance, and a helping hand.

This program could not have done as well as it has without each and everyone of you. you all make it work and happen with your efforts.
